Work your lats. Rows to lower stomach and hammer grip pullups will do fine. Check exrx.net for more exercises.

Genetics matters whereby it influences muscle insertations.

I managed to have a slight but noticable throught clothing V-Taper after 2.5 months of serious training at 20%++ bodyfat... while having 0 packs. Did a 5x5 fullbody which had 2:1 pull:push ratio.
