Oh..man

I feel pity 4 u,coz i noe rm2k is not enuf 4 u...

My dad is 56yers ol,n he still works till 2day,n his pay is oso less den rm2k,he has worked bout 20++ in d same company,if he quits,no 1 wil take him,coz he is pass 55 yers ol edi...

My advice 4 u is,if u 1 2 stop,den go on n hav confidence in urself u r young 2,so still got jaminan

Guess most of them would encourage you to leave and go get something you deserve of what u had. You can get other good boss as well, but all job came with pressure and stress, that's included in the pay..
