yepz~ one's kenot compare experience with salary... these r 2 diff thingy...

for example, u've work for that particular co. for 10 years and u earn nothing but tat doesnt mean u gain nothing. u do gain knowledge on what we so called xperience.

the reason most of us said we earn nothing throughout our working life is mostly due to salary aspect and not xperience. if we said we earn nothing as in xperience, then we r dumb enuf to hav work in that particular co. for 10 years or so.

however, xperience can be an important element to be consider by the employer on whether to raise our paid or not... and if u feel that u have worked for long enuf and u deserve a higher paid due to ur xperience then u must strive for it orelse move on to a new co.
