So im 14 years old, 5'5, 41kg trying to gain strength for basketball. I play basketball monday-friday for about 1-2 hours and lift weights on monday, wednesday and friday. I also eat 5-6 meals a day. Just wondering if its a good plan and will it lead to overtraining.
Bolded 1 - Technique over Weight lifted any day. Bolded 2 - Clean eating is a fad. There's no clear definition of "clean" eating, apart from washing your food. Watch the following videos to learn more about nutrition.
Here's a reply to a similar thread that I posted a while back.

You're young, stop worrying and keep eating and lifting. At your age, I used to cycle from 1pm > 7pm and basketball 7 days a week. I don't have the knowledge back then about nutritions, so I ended up being a scrawny stick.
Maybe try starting strength in the stickies? Simple program for linear progression to get you started then later on you figure out what exercise motions helps to improve the sports you're playing
