i talked to them yesterday, the guy insisted they will not waive gst NO MATTER WHAT..
I am going to cancel their card soon, in fact i've cancelled their Preferred Platinum, One Platinum next edited the retention call centre just called to offer me 3 years annual fee waiver and gst waived for both cards, condition is I have to use back the preferred master card, since nothing to lose, i think it's ok to say yes to them this time This post has been edited by sevendogz: Mar 3 2015, 05:18 PM |
