Received my statement today. Noticed that no rebate was given, my only transaction was at AEON Big on 13th May (Sun). Then looked up UOB One card T&C and found this Clause 4:

The total Cash Rebates earned each month will be automatically credited into the Cardmember’s monthly Statement of Account. Should at anytime, the system supporting this automated process be unavailable, a manual process will be used by UOBM to credit the Cash Rebates earned each month into the Cardmember’s next monthly Statement of Account. By the use of the UOB ONE Card, the Cardmember shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to this method of crediting.

*Edit: So all this while this Clause is always there.  But still this is the first time I didn’t get my rebate.

Nothing to share since it's pretty straightforward. With the removal of the RM 900k monthly quota on the petrol category, it's should be very simple now!

For Mobile/Telco, doesn't matter where you pay it either online at payee site, UOB Payonline or over the counter, you'll get the 2% rebate on your statement.

that why i said, for vox, at least, confirmed get 5% from the spend. so nothing loss.

just, may got additional 10% (since i swipe >rm500 in 1 transaction).
coz i did it on 2nd day of the month. so the chance to be in the first come first serve group quite high

I might be wrong, but if I understanding it correctly, this is how it works.

Depends on your card type (One or Platinum, cap at RM300 and RM500 respectively)
- only your first RM300 or RM500 spending on petrol earn cash rebate
- if you swipe on weekdays, you get 2% rebate
- if you swipe on weekend, you get 5% rebate

Assuming you have the One card which cap at RM300, and your spending is as follow

Swipe #    Amount        When          Rebate
1.              RM50          Weekday      2% = RM1.00
2.              RM100        Weekday      2% = RM2.00
3.              RM50          Weekend      5% = RM2.50
4.              RM100        Weekday      2% = RM2.00
5.              RM100        Weekend      0% = RM0.00  (exceeded cap of RM300)
6.              RM100        Weekday      0% = RM0.00  (exceeded cap of RM300)

S0, you get RM7.50 cash rebate from the 1st RM300 spending on petrol (vs max of RM15.00 if all spending on weekend)
