Is it confirmed if i swipe the UOB ONE  card (platinum) for 60 times per year, the annual fees will be waived automatically without the needs to call them to waive it ?

i emailed their customer service, this is their reply, she said there is NO annual fees waive for second year onwards, everyone has to pay it 

if i call them, what conditions they will normally use to waive it?  swipe 60 times per year ?
