so i think only use it at petrol early of the month then you only can get the 5%

my brother managed to get UOB waived both annual fee and GST for his UOB One Plat, mine annual month is Dec, I not sure can waive or not ..

Don't worry, once cleared your debt then can purchase already, I noticed that the seller keeps on selling it.

Another to note that 1 voucher is only entitled for 1 transaction.
