You mean the faulty bearing is related to technician skill? I think its the bearing quality issue.Maybe they are not using the local made or china made but using NTN jpn made thats why after change the problem dont re-appear fast

I had that thought to get new radio too, sadly I prefer big buttons  that you can just feel n press without looking since E spec got no controls on the steering. End up kept with the old radio.
If u are not a audio guy, just get a single din and make extra storage for your car. Any Kenwood or Clarion should be fine.
Its never worth it to buy the 6.5" from TC if u got no reverse camera or highly dependant on waze... outside is always cheaper or hv better alternatives. Then again, you dont hv to listen to me since I never changed my radio. Cutting cost to a minimum was my aim.

My previous one was Lonpac by TC. Hated the service, very slow. Even the body n paint office ppl in TC complain. The only fine print benefit is, if u total loss u can get their NISSCARE. Nissan for Nissan vehicle replacement scheme. But im not sure if you can actually get back a NEW Almera without paying extra. Other than that they will include everything n windscreen. Quite expensive.

Since the service is bad, I ended up with Kurnia. Recommended by the insurance ppl as one of the fast responding companies. Its regular insurance slightly cheaper cause no special TC service n benefits. So touch wood, I dont have to claim.

Used carvtrader said no accident. Maybe they unscrew for the repainting. The car got no service record previously albeit the odo has got 20k on it... so i guess it wasnt repaired by nissan. And repainting is by the used car trader. Conclusion: void warranty?
What about the tak tak sound when drive on uneven road & the brushing metal sound at the tire? Any idea what are those extra music?

Takaful is out of the list since Tan Chong dont accept means if sent to repair must pay cash first then claim back

The car trader repaint all the cars they sell. The screw are not missing, just that they were marks that it has been unscrewed & rescrewed. Anyway, pretty sure void warranty already.
No service book & used car trader service on yheir own before deliver the car.. so memang no warranty already.
Anyway, if i were to settle the tak tak & metal brushing sounds + for future services, shud i go nissan sc or go 3rd party? Which would be better now that no warranty.

What you mean duration.? The only thing I know is it turns off auto right after u press lock on your remote car, when you exit the car. Or when you enter your car. So unlock the car, open the door.... it only turn off when you close the door. If Im not wrong.

Ok i tested... Roughly if you dont do anything it will off about 15-20sec...

... sorry I lost my patience. Is it that important? Why not go test it yourself? I dont use this function at all to be honest. As far as I know, theoretically it should on as long as the door is open.

Oh sorry to hear that. Since my car is a basic E spec, I dont plan to change anything. But as long as it doesnt drain the car batt, it should be not too bad.

Oh... I didnt have that budget, plus there is still a possibility it get scratch... I basically went to mrDIY and bought the transparent tape that guard scratch. I bisically tape the bodykit and black plastic as well for both front door. No one sits at the back so I didnt stick anything. I didnt tape it too nice but at least it protect from scratch. Was happy with my work.

Jessie, you are right about the light appear after I start the engine. maybe pre and post check of battery. Today I check the light, yes it only appear around 1 sec less.
The "DUB" sound I hope nothing to do with my arm/break or anything that related to the car handling. For now, I just ignore it, if it getting worse then I will consult SC later.

Last check at SC, my battery is around 89%, they said my battery is in good condition. I agreed with Jessie maybe the light is for pre and post check of battery.

Again, want to ask, anyone here just buy the new Almera 2016 edition come with DRL?? It smart tho and any owners here get it by yourself, I mean not come when you buy the Almera?? Any suggestion, experience or comment about the DRL, and the DRL also not auto ON/OFF how about the battery life??
Sorry so many questions, just wanted to buy the DRL, but scare about the  battery consumption.

I dont get what u mean clip based. Anyway I highly recommend you buy one of these. Can really check voltage of the car batt, if you use the USB, you can also check the charging speed. Very solid. Got buttons to manually control the 12v power soc.   
3way power splitter

Oh, most cars sure to have that port. Plus it was invented to upgrade/make old cars look "smart". LOL. A way to bluetooth the car radio.
If you only need one cigg 12v port. Then why worry. But I dont hv reason to bluetooth my radio with roidmi. I dont like ppl to listen to my conversation and the mic is too far away. Better use normal handsfree, much more clear. Music streaming kills my phone batt also. It might be wierd but I like driving with the radio off, less noise the better.
I need the splitter for my DVR, Sharp ionizer, and faster 1A charger for my phone or any other gadget. The ori usb charger in the car... too slow, 0.5A only.
My colleague got a FORD Ranger with 3 Ports 12v socket, yet he got an extra 3way power splitter. Too many gadgets I think...
