Hi guys, just some update regarding this issue.

Went to the SC balakong, the sifu said its the air compressor cut off sound and its normal for this new facelift Almera ... he said cant do anything since  the metal (dont know what kind of metal ) integrated into it ... 

Who bought a new facelift Almera recently? Do u guys experienced the same thing as me? 

2 weeks more will reach 1k service and i will go HQ chow sow lin there do and let sifus help me check again...

Oh, now I see. Hmm, that would need wiring?

Agreed Almera quite problematic.

- Fan motor problem (some say it's the fan bearing)
- Compressor very fast spoil
- Wheel bearing super fast spoil 
- Disc wears out very fast
- Substandard absorber (Latio was wayy better)

But luckily I didn't kena the unknown sound problem.

Really? You are saying cold start or after warm up? So far mine is really quiet when warmup. Sometimes i forget that the engine is on.

no sound while driving and the noise only happen when your car is idle? then it is radiator fan motor assembly unit dead. you may claim warranty if your car is still within warranty period.

i claimed twice. first anniversary and third anniversary.

11.93 l/km. It looks okay to me. Mine ranging from 10 l/km to 14l/km.

Haha..My only advise is drive with the flow. Don't go against the flow. Always in control of ur car's inertia. When it's going down hill, just step a lil bit on the gas pedal to keep the inertia, while you're going uphill, make sure u don't step too hard or too soft on the pedal. Plan ahead before u make ur move.   I always exceed 150km/h on the highway. So the speed isn't the problem, the way u drive it or how u rev the engine will affect more on ur fc.

Weird....How bout fuel? I always use the fuel that the F1 champion uses.😀😄

I mean I use Petronas Primax 95
