From experiences:

Nikon 50mm f/1.8D - Cheapest of them all if not mistaken, have aperture ring, small/light/good tight shoots especially for street shooting (candid). Old but gold.

Nikon 50mm f/1.8G - Better than above but pricey and without aperture ring.

Nikon 35mm f/1.8G - Currently using it as everyday lens. Plenty wide for small group of 3-4 ppl or scenery, full body portrait, low-light. Might be hard for candid.
