yes got.. its a transparent based colors, usually used on clear parts on model kits like gundam eyes, camera sensors, model car windows, model plane canopy screen and such like it..

can also use it on non clear part like having layer paint method to achieve a certain color outcome.. like ppl wld do on the sinanju to get titanium like finish.

depends on the price, if only about 20-30%(probably best with shipping also) than the original selling price I guess is ok since litt tak might also mark it up a little about 5-10%

Depends. If you don't paint, top coat last.
if you paint, then you'll need several layers of clear coat.

I'm currently experimenting on painting a kit. Used an acrylic paint and did a panel line directly on top. A bit of the paint came off when i rub the panel line.
