Acrylic needs longer curing time than enamel.

if you paint and then do panel line.. you need to use gloss top coat after paint, then panel line, decals n lastly choose which topcoat you want.

if not it will be difficult.. since panel lline technique marker/thinned paint will ruin the paint..

you can topcoat before decal, but always end with another topcoat as the last step

ok noted... but I not going to re-top coat my previous ggundam since most of them contain metallic color, top coat will ruin it.

BTW talk about top coat, I suddenly realize recent weather is nightmare to top-coat, guaranteed white dot!

depends actually. some might put in topcoat in between the layers to get certain finishes, like weathering (some coat to protect the base colour paints, several other coats to protect the weathering effects) but off all, there should always be another (might be several) clear coat to seal everything off, including the decals

the top coat was meant to protect everything; paints, effects and decals so you might want to apply another layer there

But since I was using the mark settler, I never experience any decal fall off or so, at least all decals on my Sazabi still stick:

I think I've read somewhere you need a Japan address in order to order it straight away from their website? not sure whether true or not

If I'm not mistaken, you have to have a japanese address AND a japanese issued credit card to purchase. If not I would have maxed my credit already.
Not sure for P-Bandai Hong Kong, though.

The problem actually is the payment method. IINM they only accept Japan credit card, payment through local convenience stores and cash-on-delivery; the latter two need you to go to Japan to pay. The Japan address you can get through service like Tenso.
