The other option is to walk down towards Jalan CSL, but the underpass (pic below) not walkable. Plus I do recall seeing some cars rampantly parking on it at one time when I happen to be around that area. But true, so many residential development (Trion, Damai, that Choon Tian development) in that small space and so near to the industries.
