QUOTE(Victor3010 @ May 9 2016, 11:00 PM) I think it is better to approach it for the latter, as the buyers need to agree with the quotation right? Sounds reasonable. I'm all in. Maybe just do a count and see how many would agree so that they can assess and workout how much per house.

QUOTE(Victor3010 @ May 10 2016, 06:44 PM) Edwin do forward our request to the PM one, and the PM do reply... I guess the piping thing is a no go this time I think we should try again. A few more requests from different people, maybe they will give in. Perhaps they think Rawang home buyers are not so sophisticated? I think a lot of you are from KL right?

QUOTE(Victor3010 @ May 12 2016, 10:46 PM) Certificate of Completion and Compliance, well, lets see how do they revert in the end... Aiya, it boils down to whether they want to do or not. I wasn't the only fella requesting for such things in DPC after I bought the house. My neighbour, who owns a timber flooring company, also requested to DPC to use his own timber materials. And they gave in! So IMO, more people ask, more likely they will give in. Keep it coming folks... They should allow flexibility so that we don't have to hack the walls and incur expensive reno after completion. This post has been edited by 4eyes: May 12 2016, 10:57 PM

QUOTE(Arsenal 14 @ May 14 2016, 07:14 PM) Hey guys, I am about to pay booking for Camelia type D. What bothers me a lot is the inclusion of bath tub in the toilet of master bedroom. Personally, I think the bath tub design is so-so, bulky, and the sharp ends are really dangerous. I requested my SA Ken to not install the bath tub and I am even willing to pay for that. Am I the only one who think the bath tub design is so poor and unnecessary? It is a good sign that the developer has given bathtubs to linked houses. The developers who give this in KL are the villas, Semi D and bungalows. All costing above $2m.

QUOTE(chicaman @ May 17 2016, 02:29 AM) Understood, will take a look. I have been to Guccoland, its a good development as I can see. But I have never been to Taman Sari, will droo by next month. What does the buyer think of Rawang in terms of accessibility? From Rawang to Sg Buloh exit near Sierramas is 15km, only 15mins without congestion time. Toll is $2, cheaper than LDP's $2.10. QUOTE(David3700 @ May 21 2016, 07:06 PM) So every bathroom have to install a storage type heater ah ? Is there any instant type heater which can utilise mixer one ? Sorry for the ignorance. ..... Why you think we lobby for the hotwater piping? The most basic option is to buy an instant electric system say panasonic, that also costs a min of rm600 without installation. Here we have about 5 bathrooms. You do the math. Electricity consumption savings for solar over electricity is a minimum of about rm80/mth. This post has been edited by 4eyes: May 22 2016, 01:58 PM

On a positive note, we're getting timber flooring, not some cheap laminated timber like the ones given by Eco World Majestic despite flashy newspaper inserts and showroom but the end product looks cheap despite the high price tag.
