yeah bro bought 1 unit at PR, tower B facing the lake. at that time no other choice, so I got the rejected loan ones. price was approximately 595 psf after rebates.

Acceptable pricing by putra heights standards. ur target market is just families? If 622 just 500psf fr 1ksqft unit, u think its fair? i see the developer current projects workmanship look quite good.

i find sloanes contact number la. seems like they share the phone number with another company. So i spoke directly with developer staff.

I got no information regarding launch date, I called at November last year the number at the signboard before, I asked for price also the show room, Price remain unknown, and the showroom should be at their Bangsar office, the sales only ask me register at the web and wait for their reply also the sales get my email and phone number replied by SMS saying that will contact 3-4 months time, all the price I mentioned previously is base on their current project 591SA (service apartment).

No target now, will decide when completed. 622 @ 500 should be a fair price I thnk especially with lrt close by. However I'm not an expert in this area and I don't really know the developer so my assessment does not hv any basis.

my views on d developer are purely based on current projects progress.. no insider news frm former buyers also brows.gif i feel if the area gt lrt but commercial is weak nt really beneficial? am i wrong?

The LRT line will bring in more commercial business lo bro IMO. If got the money, commercial props near LRT stations is a better buy for investment for higher ROI.

Just called the sales of 622SA today, informed the price might be around RM450-RM500psf, and it might took another 2 months and now is waiting local authority.
