Logically, if the access road with a bridge crossing klang river to Taylors and Sunway was COMFIRMED, the Developer (Twinz and Ohako)would definitely raise up their selling price much higher, bcoz of bypassing the TOL!

Perhaps, MPSJ collected fund from all developers is for the alternative access bridge crossing kesas highway to Puchong Jaya.

as refer to the location map, seem like Twinz is squeeze between Koi and Ohako.

This developer i.e. YGS is a contractor with 10 years industry background..as a contractor i believe they can come with quality workmanship and building structure ..twinz residence is their 1st project as a developer......pricing wise quite expensive as their project is low density and larger unit size....
Wondering how the developer going to restrict foreigner to buy or rent the house....pls explain

Read the forum for Koi Kinrara, the problem faced by them may be carried on to the neighbourhood, parking jam up the road, high density, irresponsible foreigner (without id) causing problem, using facilities ...

How is Twinz going to safeguard the residence from outside (access road) to inside ?

2. fiber to home is which provided ? can plug n play after move in without waiting for more ppl sign up ?

but my feng shui friend say Twinz can choose period of 8 units, facing SW, also go nice ohaku view, best feng shui of period 8.

ohaku all facing NW...

but Twinz bussiness man, price too high, a 10 + 7 % discount, i will queue there...

When the new access road will complete? Looking at current jalan pipit definitely cant cope the traffic load.
