Logically, if the access road with a bridge crossing klang river to Taylors and Sunway was COMFIRMED, the Developer (Twinz and Ohako)would definitely raise up their selling price much higher, bcoz of bypassing the TOL!
Perhaps, MPSJ collected fund from all developers is for the alternative access bridge crossing kesas highway to Puchong Jaya.
