And first time I hear ppl said don't mind paying toll too.. Haha.. Cool.. Semenyih got supporter like you... More ppl like you staying there will make road builder happy, and kept building highway for you.. But with toll oh... Not free of charge...;D

Err... you want to consider staying East Malaysia -no toll
Btw, if paying toll can shortern the travel distance and time, many people will consider paying it.

If rich....wont even consider live .....so far......I have client in taman desa...wish to let go his conner lot....if rich should contact me......so near to mid valleys. ....should not stay so far.

In semenyih u have no choice, but to use toll, because no toll will cause u 4:1 time ratio.

If have choice then depend on your urgency, if not in hurry, why not using no toll road with few km extra and couple of minitues extra..

Anyway, if you happy paying toll then okay lah.. If got no ppl like you, highway will never improve la... If Malaysia got more ppl like me, die la.. Coz less income from toll collection.. Haha... So pls continue contribute to toll ya... So that they have money to upgdare something after 3-5yrs.. Kakakaka...

But why they said 20 Min only to KL? Bangsar is at melaka ah? Taking 2 hours ++??

It is SA talk.....I myself is SA....I can see from thier post.....6pm is really fxxk....jam in mid valley federal highwat....jam again u turn at Salak South to Sg Besi highway.......20min again Kuchai Lama....the leaf.....super jam from Mines toll to Balakong...25minutes.....complete fxxking jam again at Semenyih town...another 30minutes......cant believe 20Min SA....talked

forumers said they tested by themselves on peak hours leh... said semenyih to kl is 35km and it took only 20 min... meaning all the way they can peddle 105km/hr to kl on peak hours..

probably 20min to kl by mrt/lrt/ktm, not by car

Lol. Of course the most ideal scenario is to have the highway without the toll then it makes most people happy. Anyway, I know what are the choices available and I'm ok to pay the toll so long as I have the smooth journey though sometimes it is still unavoidable to get stuck in highway.

One with pictures on the GPS showing the time taken to travel from one place to another, one without proof.

Ok I give the benefit of doubt. It's not unusual sometimes it takes so long to reach one place in KV/KL. Nothing uncommon.

Lol... You don't want pay toll? No problem, can use the Jalan Semenyih.. Just add extra 15 minutes from the time I mention above during the normal traffic period. If during peak period, for the time being need to add in another 20 - 30 minutes..

You always have choice to choose either using highway or not when commuting out from Semenyih when the Ecohill ready in 2 months time....

By the way, toll won't kill me much compare to traveling time.. Let say you spend RM 5 extra per day for using highway, 1 month 30 days only RM 150 or 1 year RM 1800 extra.. even 30 years also only RM 54k extra.. Let say toll rate raise up 100% during 30 years also maybe extra 100k only..

However, if you pick a unit that is closer to KL city center, I presume the price will be easily more than 100k..

I am more concern on traveling time than toll rate..

If Semenyih only a retirement village, do you think it will crazy jam during peak hour?

Lekas highway seldom jam for the time being as it is still underutilized.. Of course, one day I presume it won't be able to cope the high traffic as well. Nevertheless, when Lekas already can't cope with the traffic requirement, means Semenyih already decently developed..

Got, use Jalan Semenyih till Kajang-Semenyih Bypass, then connect to Cheras-Kajang Highway, go into Sungai Long and using the internal road connect to Bandar Mahkota Cheras, then go out from Mahkota Cheras and back to Cheras-Kajang Highway.. Then keep straight all the way to Loke Yew and KL city center..

How much time taken? God bless.. I willing to pay RM 1.00 to get rid of those hassle..

That's why I said this place still need some improvement, probably like you said 3-5 yrs to grow up... And it's not guarantee 3-5yrs... So to be on safe side... Wait for 3-5 yrs lor...

Erm... Yeah, there's no problem to wait till Semenyih more develop... However, when everything already in place, it means the place is already matured and you will find it is hard time to justify the price of the unit during that time...
