Ya. My brother signed it off for me. I thnk Gdex is not really strict on that matter. Prolly because they got too many phones to be delivered so just give it to proxy ok already
Yeah it was a stupid idea for them to ask the owner to wait whole day for the phone.
I just got my friend's ID and his is MOS14220XX ordered on the 3RD OF NOVEMBER which is scheduled for delivery on the 12th of December and he got his on the 7th of November. Really wtf man and I'm still waiting for mine with an order ID of MOS13792XX which is way in front in queue.
[09:33:42 AM] Maxis: Welcome to LIVE Chat.
[09:33:42 AM] Maxis: Hi, i'm Gordon. How may i assist you?
[09:34:11 AM] Me: Hi Gordon I would like you to check my iphone 6 order. My order ID is MOS13792XX
[09:35:29 AM] Maxis: Sure.
[09:35:29 AM] Me: My friend just got off the phone telling me he received his phone last Friday on the 7th of November when his delivery date stated online was for the 12th of December so he told me to ask Maxis what happened to my order which is scheduled for the 14th of November for delivery
[09:35:42 AM] Maxis: As per checking, your order is still under progress.
[09:35:50 AM] Me: How can his order which came in later than mine managed to get his phone before me??
[09:36:03 AM] Maxis: I see.
[09:36:35 AM] Maxis: As for orders made before the 3rd of November, you can expect the phone to reach you by 14th of Nov (7working days from the 6th Nov)
[09:36:35 AM] Me: That's a month difference between our order delivery date
[09:38:24 AM] Maxis: The date that shows on your 'track my order' is a defaulted date.
[09:38:39 AM] Me: I understand that but how come there is such a difference? Isn't the orders supposed to be in queue? I felt really angry when his order managed to cut past my queue
[09:39:16 AM] Maxis: We're currently fulfilling orders made from 31st Oct till 3rd Nov for it to reach by 7 working days from the 6th Nov.
Looks like Maxis is randomly delivering phones to customers regardless your order time!!
