Their live chat system isn't the best especially now with many customers trying to know what happened to their MOS order. I find it better to call them up and speak to them even though it takes 10-20 minutes to wait doh.gif

I just got off the phone with my friend who had ordered his and had a delivery date of Dec 12th and he called me up to tell me he had his phone delivered to him on Friday the 7th.

Now I'm totally in the WTF moment now.

Yeah it was a stupid idea for them to ask the owner to wait whole day for the phone.

I just got my friend's ID and his is MOS14220XX ordered on the 3RD OF NOVEMBER which is scheduled for delivery on the 12th of December and he got his on the 7th of November. Really wtf man and I'm still waiting for mine with an order ID of MOS13792XX which is way in front in queue.

Nice to see they are also working on weekends but at a slower pace to clear their massive backlog. One more working week left to wait for Maxis to deliver else gonna set their place in fire haha
