Luckily not. Just got through one of CS from Brightstar and told me that the device already arrived at their warehouse and will deliver to GDex by this evening.

So probably I will receive it by today or tomorrow. *fingers crossed*

Omfg... BS told me that the mailing address they received from Maxis is at Johor Bahru, but I am located at PJ and never give them Johor address!!! They really messed up the order!!!!

Next time I will just wait for 2nd batch to come only buy or make sure self-collection instead. Truly disappointed with them this round after been using their service since 2004.

My phone really delivered to Johor Bahru and the original address is to Petaling Jaya.

No idea, Maxis messed up my order mailing address and sent the wrong info to Brightstar.

It's completely their mistake! Damn pissed right now...

I already called up Brightstar and double confirm my mailing address before they send out to GDex.

Found out its totally wrong address!

And according to don't know what buIIsh*t policy, they cant amend it without approval from Maxis.

Called Maxis immediately on the problem, but yet problem still arise...

Mine luckily to be GDex too, but delivered to wrong address at JB. My mailing address is Damansara...

Just received a call from Gdex and finally they transferred my phone from wrong address at JB back to Damansara at PJ here.

Will deliver to me after 2.30pm and update you guys once I received it.

GDex said deliver after 2.30pm but reached at 11.10am, which is very good service.

I also asked how many units to be deliver today, he said more than 50.

Hopefully you guys receive it asap.

My area is Damansara though.

The nano sim is attached together, but I'm not using the new nanosim since I already using one.

Is it a must to change to new sim? or I just don't bother it?
