I got the same reply from them. From Today and tomorrow will reach (called last Friday) to within a week (called again today).

I think we need to apply a month leave from now till December so that we can stay at home and wait for the phone.

Just to share with you all stilll waiting for your phone to arrived.

Finally, received my Plus 128GB gold from BS guy just now at 2.40pm. The package is in a black plastic bag, with a delivery sticker in front. Inside, you get your fully sealed phone, nano-sim with a thank you card from maxis and an invoice.

The guy called me at 2.29pm, then showed up in my office front door 10 mins later, dressed in blue t-shirt (BS tshirt i supposed).
Area is Jalan Sultan Ismail.

I pre-ordered on MOS at 31/10 at 3.49am.
Called BS last Friday noon, and was told by BS that my order only reached them late Thursday, should expect delivery on Monday (today) or Tuesday.
Was able to track my order in MOS:
6/11 - Order has been placed for dispatch
8/11 - Order is in pickpack

so, now a happy person ~

...hmmm.. Is it safe to assume that unless my MOS status shows "order in pickpack", i won't be getting my phone any time soon?

Currently training at mid valley.  So worried if they deliver to my home but I'm not at home. Called BS. Told PJ section 14 is deliver by BS itself. Can't give me a date or time. Just told me within this weekday will delivered. Can u ask they BS guy to wait at midvalley any where ah hahahahha .... I go meetup with them.

You guys really lucky managed to get through to BS. I called over 20 times and always get no sound from the other end when I press option 1

I think you should call BS and push them! Say you wanna go outstation or something. It should work

well haih, i waited at home the whole day. Besides looking on jobstreet for a job, i had my checking if my dogs are barking at the delivery guy or not. Hopefully our phones arrive our place tomorrow haih.

Ya agree kinda sucks everywhere i go now  - Maxis FB, Twitter page, Maxis Forum, tech blogs, you name it, almost all are angry and all bashing our poor beloved Maxis. All these people are so abnormal and boring nothing better else to do! I can't even find info about interesting and helpful info like stock availability and stock availability...like I don't really know which models are not available... and what is I value plans, can't find any info at all online. So sad.
