Last time when i visit the showroom my wife asked the SA there the same question regarding this kitchen renovation. She said that since it will be under strata title when we get the key for VP, so only inside renovation is allowed until it changes to individual title. Then only we can do renovation outside the house that will change the facade, please correct me if i'm wrong.

QUOTE(R o Y @ Mar 23 2016, 06:56 PM) The Lake Point Residence Condo show unit on-site almost completed. Official launching should be within the next few months. Like the design and color Pricing and Package that the developer showed us look good so far, but probably will still tweak after we have studied in details and given feedback. Targeted towards first time home buyers and young family. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

QUOTE(gks @ Jun 29 2016, 10:03 AM) A typical car parking lot is 8' width and for 2 sedan parking comfortably... you only need 16ft width of clear access. Not sure about the 20' variance but for 22' width LPR, the space is more than wide enough to park 2 cars comfortably as the column and mailbox are set to the edge of the house. Thats great if we can fit 2 sedan car nicely Some agents posted the latest interior photos.. The developer already installed the laminated flooring on 1st and 2nd floor. https://www.facebook.com/LakePointResidence...033233063437647 Anybody know if the condo will have convenient store/kedai runcit later on? so resident doesn't have to go out to buy basic stuff. |

QUOTE(gks @ Dec 20 2015, 03:31 PM) You can check out the floor layout Hi all, if the porch roof too short we cannot extend the roof because strata title right? I think it is about 15 ft from the front door to the end of the covered porch. maybe it looks short because developer yet to build the front gate etc. So our car will surely half-wet if parked when it raining even though in the porch, moreover not convenient if you have to get small baby into the car while raining time if the roof is too short Anyway gks, i dont think developer will built front gate... |

QUOTE(radiax @ Aug 22 2016, 09:25 PM) I do see Strata Title properties such as Garden Residence by Mah Sing allow renovations ( ie : room/roof/porch extensions etc..) to be made so long as approval obtained from relevant authorities (ie: city council, developer, JMB, neighbors and those sorts). Perhaps there is certain time period in allowing to do so, not sure. Was thinking of closing up the expose yard area to convert into a wet kitchen, something like that. Atleast can cover the whole car coz malaysia always raining, half-porch or no-porch style only suitable for foreigen country. Hope it will not too difficult process to get permission to extend the porch or maybe can add roof just keep the raindrop away.Meanwhile,if it is strictly disallowed, then perhaps temporary awning to extend the porch can be made for rain protection so on. Currently, developer is setting up perimeter fencing. So far looks like mesh fencing rather than solid wall. Definitely does not look like the ones in Setia Eco Glades.lol Perimeter fencing only use mesh fencing? If so, hopefully developer will place some trees to cover the view from outsiders, for safety and privacy. Solid wall is the best solution though. Mind to share any latest construstion progress interior/exterior? Cheers!! This post has been edited by jumalij23: Aug 23 2016, 08:49 PM |

The terrace houses comes in two slightly different color touch is it? dark brown and light brown, i like dark brown instead of light brown
The fence looks okay even though its mesh, developer use high end mesh fence like we can see around putra heights and bukit jelutong and not green color type. backyard looks good and wide Thanks for the lovely picture you sent anonymous552235!! Units facing condo will have more parking spaces infront and wider backyard since no other house back and front. Plus easy to lookout for the kids playing at the playground bcoz not so far from their window. Some buyer prioritize those things before go for view and lighting.
Developer start to built the playground and the green area yet? Anybody can share playground progress.. |
