Indeed yes, from the brochure/ scale model the back yard is exposed. Saw a few Similar G&G houses whereby they wall up and enclose the back yard, thus converted into a close room. Tot it will be a nice touch. But now that you mentioned it, doubt it is allowed as it does change the orignal facade.

Looking good!!     anybody know status flyover shortcut to enter lakepoint residence through Setia Eco glades? when this is completed, we can get there way faster and easier. No need to go around no more.

From SEG thread, the flyover just opened.

The Lake Point Residence Condo show unit on-site almost completed. Official launching should be within the next few months.

Pricing and Package that the developer showed us look good so far, but probably will still tweak after we have studied in details and given feedback. Targeted towards first time home buyers and young family.

Mail box structure seem to be in the way. Can park 2 sedan parallel or not?

A  typical car parking lot is 8' width and for 2 sedan parking comfortably... you only need 16ft width of clear access. Not sure about the 20' variance but for 22' width LPR, the space is more than wide enough to park 2 cars comfortably as the column and mailbox are set to the edge of the house.

I think it is about 15 ft from the front door to the end of the covered porch.

maybe it looks short because developer yet to build the front gate etc.

I do see Strata Title properties such as Garden Residence by Mah Sing allow renovations ( ie : room/roof/porch extensions etc..) to be made so long as approval obtained from relevant authorities (ie: city council, developer, JMB, neighbors and those sorts). Perhaps there is certain time period in allowing to do so, not sure. Was thinking of closing up the expose yard area to convert into a wet kitchen, something like that.

Meanwhile,if it is strictly disallowed, then perhaps temporary awning to extend the porch can be made for rain protection so on. Currently, developer is setting up perimeter fencing. So far looks like mesh fencing rather than solid wall. Definitely does not look like the ones in Setia Eco Glades.lol
