No offence..but high rise is way way way oversupplied...not just over...lakefront and one residence is coming up so many blocks just opposite of u is an enough indication...though that includes low to med cost housing by jv with government

QUOTE(jumalij23 @ May 13 2015, 02:43 PM) Yesss!! Plus point for lake point residence as well, no need to go around to reach LPR which quite near to the toll gate actually. well they still have to fix the fallen bridge if u r heading west to Elite but there should be a road to puchong heading north too based on the plan near SEG....noneed to go such a long way anymore haha This post has been edited by anonymous552235: May 13 2015, 03:59 PM |

the floor plans are the same..but the specs are dif ..eg. wall tiles till certain height, not using tiles etc...just expect an empty shell house with bare minimum specs will be best

The dividing wall ...in projects like garden residences semi d...its a low wall about 0.5m high only ...it doesnt stop anything other than a psychological barrier in stead...but yeah this one seems like none ...anyway its no big issue ...can use small metal fence and divide it if u decide to have pets which i saw in other places
The clay bricks aint too much of concern too as most of the structure itself is concrete foundation as u can see compared to other projects which uses more bricks =) |

Dont worry...those vase are technically not changing the facade in terms of legality..and definition...but erecting a wall yes because it was specifically mentioned if any ...wat is not defined nor mentioned is technically not illegalgksyes! good its gonna be 2X2 porcelain... bathtub included is another plus... looking forward to spoil myself in the tub wong8981 nice drawing rite.. gonna sell it in exhibition [attachmentid=4950293] Feel so exited and nervous at the same time... this one im buying for my own stay... the feel is so different comparing with buying for investment last time. |

QUOTE(radiax @ Sep 15 2015, 08:29 PM) Wait a while, after developer pass over management to Joint Management Committee, get and pass overall consensus in building/ erecting small dividing wall or any external renovation so long approved & acceptable, should'nt be a problem/ allowed isn't it?? yeah you are right, but that can be done even before handover as the management can do the same too |

QUOTE(gks @ Sep 17 2015, 10:28 AM) Despite it is a landed development, As strata title the owners may not able ot keep pets such as dogs and cats. need to refer to DMC. Dmc has no restrictions on pets if i recalled correctly...it may be strata but it still have most landed privilegeIn this case since it is gateless, even though DMC may allow for it, the owners may need to keep the pets indoor. or caged. |

The feces of course is pick it up and bring back to your own house n throw...unless its watery kind then wash it off ..be a responsible pet owner ...its a very common thing in case no one knows here...more so in other countries like japan and hong kong ..bring ur own scoop and plastic bag
Theres no requirement to be indoor or caged if dmc allows it and u can manage it well even if you just got a porch in front |

QUOTE(jumalij23 @ Aug 24 2016, 11:08 AM) The terrace houses comes in two slightly different color touch is it? dark brown and light brown, i like dark brown instead of light brown You r welcome bro The fence looks okay even though its mesh, developer use high end mesh fence like we can see around putra heights and bukit jelutong and not green color type. backyard looks good and wide Thanks for the lovely picture you sent anonymous552235!! QUOTE(BEANCOUNTER @ Aug 24 2016, 11:47 AM) backyard facing no man land is ok... You r right..its really quite close in terms of feel n actual, its just 10ft wide ..but backyard back facing another row....you literally can shake hand with your neigbours......who ever provides you with pix here just dun want to share it here nia....... I think the diff shades of browns denote diff width of the house, 20 vs 22.....I stand corrected. |
