Despite it is a landed development, As strata title the owners may not able ot keep pets such as dogs and cats. need to refer to DMC.

In this case since it is gateless, even though DMC may allow for it, the owners may need to keep the pets indoor. or caged.

The terrace houses comes in two slightly different color touch is it? dark brown and light brown, i like dark brown instead of light brown   i thought all will get same color.

The fence looks okay even though its mesh, developer use high end mesh fence like we can see around putra heights and bukit jelutong and not green color type. backyard looks good and wide
