I never trust agent. Their main concern is always how much can they get out of a deal. That's all.

your network strong can deal with big boss in the dev... small potatoes need to go throw agent...

What if the fire break out in the middle of the row, are the fireman going to pull water hose all away from the corner? or the fireman using motor bike to go in back lane?

I like this development also, big build up and looks really nice also.. just that after some forumer pointed out, then only i realized the condo are really close to the house... too bad...

im not sure about the fire regulations, but if im not mistaken they have a limit on how long a row of houses there is until a break is required hence end lot unit is there, and that either a minimum 10ft back lane or none at all like those link semi-d where a "bungalow" splitted into 4 houses where min 10ft of land required at the side for semi-d...and nowadays there seems to be a gate at the back lane to restrict movements, not very sure does it comply with any regulations or not but neighbours nowadays are more concern with thieves and robberies more than fire breaking out  rclxub.gif

I think Semi D and bungalow are different story, they have space on each side of the house, so there is still accessible.. the water hose still long enough to pull from neighbour house garden..

mostly, those house are kaotim already thats why approved..
