Hi, all..I am one of owner LPR.. Lake Point Residence construction work is in progress. We need to get more members/Owners to discuss further TOGETHER about any issues occurence of this project. Just put a booking for phase 2, cc1 type, 1109 sqft, got free wardrobe + kitchen cabinet. Apparently they said that it's the developers anniversary, and any condo units from floors 16-22 gets free wardrobe + kitchen cabinet. I think it's quite pricey but my wife loves the layout.
