QUOTE(Evy Yew @ Nov 10 2018, 02:45 PM)
Hi Melvyn, yes i'm ivy, u didnt ask for my name, and this forum i use my gmail evyyew@gmail.com to open, that why i put evy yew, some of my friends call me by this name. you seem unfriendly, did i offend?
Please check the brochure given to u by the sales staff, when is the estimate completion date stated at the back of the brochure, i hope i can update u all the exact date, but i'm still waiting from developer to reply, as now due to some government ruling have to follow, and also pending authority's inspection.
You totally miss the whole point of my post. The point is not whether you are using Ivy or Evy, and no i am not offended by you nor do other buyers of phase 2 is directly offended by you (which of course is my assumption and is a fact some buyers buy from different agencies). There is no point to also get into a further discussion with you as well regarding your own 'definition' of unfriendly. I am not really sure as well which part of my posts (which is merely a sharing for other buyers or potential buyers here) that actually leads you to think that i am being 'unfriendly'.
Please refer to the attached 'brochure' that was provided to me by your sales staffs. I don't know whether i have a problem understanding the fine print else please feel free to enlighten everyone here. The 'Expected Date Of Completion' is stated as 'October 2017'. Now i am giving every party including the developer and agents the benefit of doubt while at the same time, it is reasonable to expect majority of the projects can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. But why are buyers not informed? While some others (bought from certain property agency) was well informed and updated? Of course we can't blame anyone as since maybe all property agency that sells this project was not well informed of the delay and who knows, it might be because buyers did not take the initiative to check with their respective agents or even developers from time to time.
Perhaps you can also check with the developer why would they answer buyers directly that they 'Did not commit December 2018 as the VP date for phase 2 but is merely being communicated by sales agencies themselves' (And of course i think developer did not mention any specific agencies though). The point is these concerns has nothing to do with any particular individuals but more towards the way sales agency and developer cascading the correct information to your buyers.
Just my 2cents and no offense.
Thank you.
