Am still waiting for parts to arrive. The balcony pieces are standalone now. Not installed yet.

interested on pirates ship since last time..but that time Lego Black Pearl was edi increased 2x...now..moving to 4k...wao..so decided to try out on Lepin Black Pearl..1st lepin set..so any1 also collecting pirate ships? was the quality acceptable?

buy from playroom, located just outside of the GM klang, its the shop lots near by.... Price wise, not the best, perhaps about 10-20 RM more for huge sets like Star destroyer but they give you 100% guarantee on missing parts and no time limit on claims.

ok done my 1st lepin set...the overall build is satisfying and solid ...just some parts is a bit loose and out ...also the sails cushion is out too...too soft and loose....maybe i will try the suggestion i saw from CMI to iron the sails..well with the price of RM99 (I'm not sure is expensive or cheap) ..will going to get Queen Anne Revenge and Silent Mary

of coz during the progress i wish there is no missing part and indeed the parts is scattered all over the packs...i think time is waste more on sorting out then building it ...also the is one tile is wrong but lucky not really matters...

ok here comes the loose part..not sure the original one is how but this plate is like hanging only..


lucky all the skeleton for all the board poles is still able to fit...just this part..the inner skeleton is a bit out..so couldn't really fully fit in...saw the review in cmi suggest to cut it off


im not sure the back view for this is complete or still missing..but again..the sail cushion ....too loose and cannot fit all the "lock" nicely...not sure after iron it will be more stretched and tight so it can hold it better?


overall is still ok if look from far...all the parts is 80-90% like lego.. minus out those loose part n little bit off size one...still acceptable and cool!


hold it to see the scale...its like holding the black pearl that trapped inside the bottle by Blackbeard in the POC 5 scene ...throw it into sea and pop The Black Pearl..

For the price, no comment. But when you really compare LEGO bricks with LEPIN bricks, there is indeed a noticeable difference in terms of build and quality.
