The consent letter judt state that we agree to form RA and that we agree to be a member of the Ra ... it is stated that Rjm will build the guard house for free given that RA is sucesffully formed and that the get the permission to set up a guarded neighbourhood.. It is no where stated that they will erect th fence for us. ... The fence will depend how well our Ra can negotiate with the developer...

hmm.. im the other way round... i bought for own stay... thats why I bought Rimbayu... better township planning and more green and nearer to KK.... but AI with freehold title, over the years will it not appreciate better ?

Honestly, be it BR or TA, if RM 800k or more, if own stay I think ok since even Klang bjg project also nearing this price, if invest, I feel not easy but got to hold long since huge township of IJM, Tropicana, EcoWorld and upcoming GamudaLand.

Now all based on dev launching price respond and we will see by year end what is the accepted demand price once we see some actual transactions of Chimes.

I dont predict the asking price for Chimes subsale at RM 800k+ will do well.

Rimbayu is just one of the township by IJM. The entire canal city is eventually going to be developed by IJM, Tropicana, Eco World and Gamuda Land. So it is going to be like 4 townships in a TOWN biggrin.gif We havent really seen Eco World and Tropicana Masterplan but everyone seems to be emphasizing on Green idea. I believe it will be a very nice environment
