But what i can confirm is Rimbayu is super low density, about 9 houses/acre. normal housing area is about 11-12 house/arce or above.

if you searched youtube on an interview with the CEO of IJM, he did mention that the housing in rimbayu has a low density, approx 8-9. In the video it is also mentioned that rimbayu has 15 % greens over the statutory 10 %... thats why i asked how you came to 1/3.

fyi.. house density for perrenia is about 8.1 (484 houses stretched over 60 acres) ... where else chimes is about 9.

no information on phase 3 and 4 yet.. maybe someone can update us tongue.gif

I think if you are non bumi.. Only left phase 4 now.. Unless you wanna wait phase 5 strata.. But indicative price a bit on the high side.... I like phase 4 because 24 feet width, high ceiling and low density ( only 100 + unit)......plus location also good ... Center of fauna and near to arc smile.gif thats my though... But i went to phase 2 that time cuz larger land and cheaper tongue.gif and phase 2 gives more porcelain tiles compared to phase 4 hahaha .. Damm i am really nitpicking

ya phase 2 bumi release that time only got 4 intermediate unit not facing road side... I took one of it tongue.gif (but those were also the more expensive one mad.gif )

I like phase 3 facade the most actually... also with the best finishing (almost entire house also with porcelain tiles) but not a fan of gardening...

dragonfly you bought 24x75 or 24x70 ?

Back 5 ft land tile it up... Put a nice glass roof plus fan and a table.. Invite friend to blow water and drink tea/beer smile.gif but i hope phase 2 onwards the back part they build a wall and not just some cheapskate fence like in chimes..

Just saw some pictures from eco majestic show gallery grand opening ... The landscaping is seriously amazing !!! Hope rimbayu will also be like that

hey guys ..as I was going through some documents from rimbayu it is said in one of rimbayu's document that their bank has waived the registration of charge... but then my lawyer still charge me RM 120 for registration of charge... any of you have experience in this ?

phase 2 - more value for money... better finishing (more porcelain tiles)... indoor courtyard (initially dont really like it but after seeing few houses from sime darby and glomac with indoor courtyard, it can actually make your house looks nice biggrin.gif) .. overall larger build up... boring facade (well matter of individual taste bud)

phase 4 - 110 units only.. low density.. close to the arc.. on the internal part of rimbayu ... facade is matter of taste but i personally like the phase 4 facade... 24" frontage .....high ceiling.... slightly elevated masterbedroom (this feature i find it quite elegant biggrin.gif)


if you buying phase 2... why not consider the 24x80 biggrin.gif
