not officially, managed to sneak in the other day as a lot of workers were moving in and out of the show unit.. hence the hoarding was opened... just walked in to have a peek... they are working on the ID.... very nice house I have to say...

its about 10 m apart .. you have 5ft land next to your living room, followed by 25ft linear garden, followed by another 5ft neighbors' land... so 35ft in total... about 10 m ... ok la...

Sorry forgot to ask price for intermediate units as I wasnt interested in those. But looking at those prices, I'm pretty sure the intermediate would be asking for higher then the RM660k Chimes subsales offers going around currently...

One of my friend checked out some of the offers... 660k seems to be bumi price... but you can definitely get it for around 700k ... My friend checked out one unit with auspicious number going for 720k.
