Far is ok if the traffic is good... But once the link to saujana putra and skve is opened, we can enter MEX at cyberjaya from there right? Will it help ? Sorry don't work in kl so not very familiar with that

Hei bro no worries.. Constructive criticisms are always welcome... I'm a BR owner and I also always bash IJM. I do agree that IJM lacks in some way or another as compared to the other two developers. But also no doubt IJM offerings have its own plus also like larger land size which, in years to come, can prove to be good investment. So no worries about the bashing. I think discussing the pros and cons of each developer or developments are one major reason why we lurk around this forum 😄 so please feel free to comment more 😄 I always find you to be an experience and knowledgeable person in property investment... 842k.. It's a unit with more land I. Front of the car porch, hence 20k premium... The normal facing south unit is going at about 813k nett nett..free all lawyer fees mot stamp duty bla bla bla..
so you take those.freebies out... Price very similar to its launch price last year .

Saw the show unit the other day, Wisteria type C is seriously nice ! love it so much... material for Wisteria also quite good....
