Tropicana duno the plan yet, Eco World you also cant see anything. But you can ask Rimbayu staff, ask them show you where. it's just beside Phase 2 of Rimbayu.

Hahaha, hafizrahimi, i think is ok. every developer project completed (SP setia, Tropicana, Gamuda, Mah Sing and etc), all owner phone numbers will in agent hand, just a culture.

same happen with kemuning utama sub sales, will not win kota kemuning whe begining.
Now actually can win, Rimbayu can win a rounds 3 years later.
But even now not win, but the appreciation price is higher.

Sure, this kind of pricing, i will love this place (actually this place what i mean is canal city, because can reach in walking distance).
If not compare pricing, i will love Eco Sanctuary > Tropicana Aman > Rimbayu.
If price really not issue, i believe i will love Desa Park City more.. Hahaha

Yes, I think IJM need plant more rich of type and more rich in green. Because The ARC i feel not really impressed. Maybe they haven't really complete.
