once got keys, will try to move ASAP, don't have any plans to renovate the house since my cousin which is my ID recommended that we don't do anything major since he has some plans for my house.

for Chimes, only certain part has plaster ceiling such as kitchen, toilet, and 1st floor. other than that, normal ceiling.

Well, late buyers house price is higher than earlier buyers. It offsets some or not most of the interest paid by earlier buyers.

I use elite in the morning previously when I came back from my business trip, hell, it jammed all the way up to seafield exit. the taxi driver told me it is bad before 9am. after 9am, road starts to clear.

I choose here because I travel a lot and it is a no brainer to have a house near Elite. It is a good environment for small family like me which is why it is worth it to move so far. Everywhere also jam here in Klang valley, you just have to live with it.

Received my keys, went to the house, cannot open the sliding door. it is stuck there. forced it to open and now it does not want to close. What kind of workmanship is this...facepalm.

yes. major rectification needs to be done. my kitchen floor is not well done. I could see from the kitchen door, the gap is huge at one end and so small at the other end. Is this even normal for new house? this is my first house by the way.
