AI dun have those modern/eco fittings/design, just normal house with bigger buildup with their finishing is a tad better than rimbayu (compared with perennia sample house finishing).

When the bridge crossing to putra heights completed, we got another alternative....

I just signed the spa for phase 5, hopefully the canal city will turn out as its plan...and congratulations to all Chimes owners. IJM told me phase 2 owners shall anticipate their vp around august and show units for phase 4 & 5 will be ready around June.

TA has also commenced their site works and noticed 2 piling machine have mobilized to site.

I also have joined the rimbayu run end of the month, no member here joining?

Aiyah, dun highlight the pro of AI again lah, I have suffered from plenty of sleepless night cos of the leasehold title.

Anyway I choose rimbayu cos of the canal city concept, better access to highway (in future), more vibrant township and gng.

The 660k unit i doubt is even exist. U may check with that agent whether the unit is still available. Perhaps she will tell u the unit is still available but when u go for site viewing, tarak... no harm to try, really a good buy if 660k...

I brought my kids to IJM's S2 Heights Hill Park today. Feel that IJM has more passion to build up S2 than Rimbayu, So called green township but their effort is just not enough. Perhaps Ta and Ec can help to push ijm a bit.
