I know out of topic should post to insurance talk...
But I am referring to protection to home buyer which has high mortgage loan.

What u guys did for protection for ur beloved home?
Do u think mrta is sufficient since it do not cover critical illness? If include CI, what type of insurance is worth and cheap to buy?
Investment link, term or u guys have better option?

Me was middle of phase 2, 3 and 4 on last Oct.
Phase 2 bumi release left roadside unit, and corner unit bigger size 1m which not within my budget.
Phase 3 semi d cluster not my preference, wait difficult to sell, if subsales to rich buyer, would prefer corner unit can make side entrance ma...
So left only Phase 4 lo, haha

Mine is 24x75, just extra 5ft EXTERNAL land, not the build up area.
Someone elderly told me, since buy ma buy bigger one lo....and I end up following...lol

Exactly, not nice to extent for little space.
End up toilet or guest in the middle of space, if demolish and rebuild cost even more...
Not sure I will move in, but would like to hear what u guys will do for backyard?

Move inside slowly see and feel what is needed ma, I prefer neat and spacious feeling, dislike unnecessary item in house.
