Most people choose canal city also because if the concept.. If looking at the house materials design and freehold, alam impian win Kao Kao.. Lets hope the canal city really live up to its name !!

Oh yeah TA says their half of their lake and clubhouse will complete together with their phase 1.. So in three years we have nice lake Liao 😁 good for wisteria buyers come in got lake liao

Security is tight, access only w temporary access card issue  by IjM.

Generally, but built quality is good. Though material quality is so so. General comments as follow:-

  - plastering workmanship excellent- smooth surface.
  - paint used is Juton jotashield. Color code given in manual
  - tiles are guccero, again product code given so we may easily purchase when doing renovation. Though , the upstairs tiles look cheapo. Down stairs one much better. 2x2glossy
    - toilet is rather small- for upstairs and down stairs. Tiles used also not nice.
  - down stairs front wall- with many windows, seems to be easily tear down to extend the living area for another 4'.
    - too many sliding doors and windows. Every where! Toilet got extra. Master bed room has like 3 nos.
  - unifi fiber is already linked into the house.

Manual with all the paint and tiles detail you get it when you collect the keys ?? But not bad worr they give guocera tiles 😃

I believe that's for the last unit of 22x80 type b? If so then after factor in all the rebates the nett increase in price from the last bumi release is about 24k.. And with about 6 month apart.. Assuming 1.6k interest per month...that comes to about 10k saving... So nett nett inky 14k increase .... So I think quite good with all the easy ownership scheme...is the tikam promotion still on ?
