i though of putting water feature and removing the concrete slab of the courtyard and replaced with wood flooring (like the one near the ARC) so half wood and the other half some plants plus water feature... what do you guys think ?

manage to sneak into phase 1 last tuesday... to get into it there will be one guard blocking your access (near the phase 2 show unit there). If you are lucky, you can get pass that. But the main entrance to chimes now is guarded. So you will have to drive to the side, park your car there and enter walk in from the side Most of the houses now is locked except on the row near the padang with that panda ... they are doing touch up there.. so you can enter their houses there

I also like Type B more Well phase 2 design is less conventional as compared to other phases... but I have to admit that I was expecting a little better finishing from the developer

All their windows are being covered by blinds... haha so you wont notice anything
