Guys, do you think that I will receive the iPhone and case separately or together in one shipment?

I'm afraid that they might be waiting for the case to be in stock then only ship out together with the phone, and that would obviously take longer than it should.

I did on 6-Nov-14, no news until now. Order from Apple Store since I can't wait. I heard SenQ get their unit from Digi, if that's true, I don't think will ever get >16GB from Digi as Digi should be keeping units for themselves. No lead time given by SenQ so far.
