My iPong already preparing for shipment(yesterday around 4pm), but my case is still processing.

Guys, do you think that I will receive the iPhone and case separately or together in one shipment?
I'm afraid that they might be waiting for the case to be in stock then only ship out together with the phone, and that would obviously take longer than it should. |

 Got DHL Express. Ordered 8th November, 9pm. |

My iPhone 6 Plus 64GB just got delivered to me!
This morning 8am clearance processing complete, and delivered to me just now at 2pm. I stay in Subang Jaya area. |
