Hi. I just went to the management office this morning to settle my bills.
Can someone help me to understand, when did they start and why are they charging the service charge? Sorry if i missed out any information on this. But I remembered we have 1 year free maintenance and we already paid in advance the 2nd year maintenance fee. Or is it a different thing? |
