I entered 3 wrong password in my PB online and its deactivated until i request a new pass from Public bank. I just went to the nearest Bank to request a new pass from them and the staff gave me a private slip, which contain the new user and pass.
I went straight home to enter the ID and Pass. Unfortunately it gave me an error "Authentication Failed". I read the instruction carefully but no lucky. Anyone know what are the reason? Is it i have to login it tomorrow?

There are someone in their technical side to help you to activate it, you just need to pass their security question then its fine
