Agree... but the discount is just too wide.

The recent weakness is due to In*ri declared rights issue ex 22/01

this will swiftly followed by &a&... in a few days.

Careful on upcoming rights issue.. make sure you have $$$ to pick up additional shares.

That's what i thought initially... they are cash rich in their consolidated accounts, why do they need a rights issue?

Then I read a few analysis.. stating that most of their cash is at subsidiary level, and not in their holding company. So the company can see but cannot touch those cash unless the subsidiary issue dividend, which it has not (look under dividends received).

In in*ri , the cash is mostly held in In*ri tech sdn bhd and Amerton Global Ltd.

In &a& it is mostly held under M&A securities under clients assets. In fact most of the rights issue is used to boost M&A assets rather than to subscribe to in*ri's rights.

Well, I know this not your cup of tea, as it is not a high growth company.

True.. but you never know the madness of market...

Can suddenly buy up, then can suddenly sell down furiously .. all mostly with no reason one.

Trying to catch the top is like trying to catch the bottom.. it is often futile.

Better use Boon3's Cut Profit® method, let the stock fly, but if drop certain % from top value AND already over your own fundy target, then CP the stock.

I don't really look too much into MD disposal... they can dispose for many reasons, buy house, diversification, new year party etc etc...

Also those are all ESOS share, ie. free money Anyway he only have another 207,000 shares to dispose.. which is not much left.

Fundamentals are solid tho.. monopoly company ... aging population...good divvy
