Mentioned "rising interest rate" results in "deflation". I thought it should be inflation as the higher rate will result in higher business cost and thus higher prices.

But with time, the prices will be too high resulting in declining business and later business closure. And thus comes deflation?

"Buy when a stock is going up",so after the recent sell down, ~16/10/2014, then it rises up to around mid november (where some stocks stabilize), if one buy at around that date, now boleh mampus lo. So this scenario is wrongly apply?
