Previously my case...skim the disc, change brk fluid, use std (mintye) pad.
Then sound gone. Juz parkbrake become no grip after adjust twice.

not ganas or ganas, its takut the pad got crack so it will be uneven pad surface...

happend to my viva which almost 6 years still with stock brake pad but once go change at kenjilew there there sum hairline crack within the brake pad..
better go send for checking. if possible use ur hand and touch touch the disc, c got any uneven part or not... if nothing wrg thn might be the brake pad harden or thin already..

if outer not much thn mostly inner also wont so worst... if both different thn it might be sumthing wrg... might be u go pour water to the disc rotor while hot...

nope...i did use bendix ct pad few days before it start mengong 
and as for bendix, the surface not flat (diamond like lekuk).
mybe during test hardbraking....disc not suit/tahan with it
