My ip6+ refused to turn on this morning. It remain stuck at the Apple logo !!
I manage to switch it off by pressing both home+power button. Than I connect to Mac through iTunes and was told I need to go into recovery mode
Had just finished restoring back my phone
Wondering what had happen ?? My first time seeing such and had never experienced such on all my previous iPhones
*
Can you boot into recovery mode now? I would suspect it to be a hardware failure as software failures rarely happens on iphones. If it can go into recovery mode and recovers, keep monitoring for corrupt data and apps. Its a sign of disk failure.

I had successfully restore back my phone with all its apps
Will definitely monitor it
Jokingly , seriously, I hope it is not because I had decided to give it up using it as my main phone yesterday. My test 3 weeks period on it as my main phone  is over and had finally decided it to be my secondary phone
Functionality wise it can never match my previous Androids especially the Note4
*
Agreed on the android part. But im not bringing it up again here. Too many fanbois here. laugh.gif
Anyway, there is no worry on your part. I mean if hardware failure the better. Can get a new replacement unit in one week time. thumbup.gif Can sell it off after that.

Well I would need to go in to Singapore to do that. Seriously hope is just a random problem and not hardware related
*
If yours is an Apple Store Sg unit, you can claim RMA at local resellers here. You can call Apple store's hotline to check on the origin of your unit.

You can call Apple My Hotline to verify your unit if it is application for warranty claim with resellers here.

Agreed... to avoid so much unnecessary heartache and headache. nod.gif

To say telcos and delivery companies have their hands tied at "TOO MANY ORDERS TO FULLFILL" is plain BS. Dont tell me Apple Store has less orders to deliver. rolleyes.gif

if ur yellow tint never goes away....go back to Apple or Reseller...
but first try with few steps first...
like for example put the phone brightness to the max for awhile... (something i heard and did back then during 4S) not sure how effective...

but anyhow color tint disappeared after some times for me...
*
After a month or so, the Tint will gradually soften. Or you will get used to it. laugh.gif

On a serious note, do not compare the Iphone 6's screen with your 5/5s display. Its a different screen for goodness sake, manufactured by different manufacturers. yawn.gif

Seriously, if saying the display is different manufacturer so 1 is inferior to another, is a saying of fanboy. Tell me, what product u will buy, if it is lousier than it's predecessor that it is suppose to succeed?

iPhone.

but then, they changed my iPad Air for 2 times and i became less picky and just settled with it. the yellow tint wil be there becos it is a glue. It will goes off eventually either becos i dont care anymore or it really goes off.
*
What has that got to do with the sayings of a fanboy? Im just stating the plain truth. Ip6 and IP5/5s are totally different phones. The display would be different too. Im not saying we should accept inferior quality products. You have the option of not purchasing the Iphone 6/6+ if you feel the product quality is not there.

Try comparing with another 6/6+ and see the results.

apple should have provided the option to switch the cellular network to 2G as the lowest one. that would increase battery life big time especially for those living under low 3G signal strength.
*
This feature is network dependant... Oggy! laugh.gif
