Dealt with Qingyi before on a bloody big bicycle bought from Taobao through sea, everything arrived safely other than the box being ripped but still the bicycle was not damaged when it reached here.

Trusted seller, spent about 1k on the bike and rm200 for the sea freight cuz the bicycle was heavy. Still, it arrived safely

She's just a middle woman, not a seller, and her terms edy say that its your own responsibility, so pretty much you cant do anything.

If your a seller, you sent a parcel to your customer and they receive it broken or lost, then you'll need to be responsible for.
