I still don't get why is there a need to be so offended, especially from a not well known reviewer or review site. I don't even know the review if Arvi haven't pointed out in here. I think there is no need to be so angry, I doubt people will take into consideration for reading the review (at least not a big portion compared to notebookcheck etc)
AW is a PREMIUM grade laptop, so its price will be higher. Just like the HP Omen while Z5 can be considered consumer grade. Both are in two different category. I personally tried the HP Omen and I can ensure you the material is really better than Z5.
Just ignore the review, no point arguing in a review which hardly can get 10k++ viewer

i'm not going to say Z5 is like the king of the hill. It isn't, and its situational.AW is a PREMIUM grade laptop, so its price will be higher. Back in Dec 14 this is probably one of the better ones you can buy at a certain price bracket. Like I said in my comment, if you go beyond a certain price bracket, you don't want to look at the Z5, there are other laptops (non Illegear even) to look at if you're already, say for example looking at RM6000-7000 bracket.
I actually liked the Omen though. I do agree that the material design is very eye-catching. I was actually looking at a unit in 1U in December right before committing my purchase (to another laptop), and frankly speaking I think its a design that's different from the usual HP. Then again, I'll talk about the Omen in HP threads, not here.
What I'm upset about is the amount of... misinformation, that said I did some typo errors which no matter how you look at it is a grave mistake (like saying 970m as 980m LOL)
but that said, I feel that the basis of the article that focuses solely on "price per features" is too shaky, all more because the Z5 should sit in between of the Nitro V and the Alienware, not as a direct competition to any of them, or it really is the direct competitor to the Acer Nitro V..
Dunno, the article... if it was truthful, even if its a bad review, I think I would have agreed with it rather than voicing out my opinion.
