deal wif him..

AMD Athlon proc (venice e6) @rm230




for RM230...i tot i got all packages..da box,receipt,hsf,reciept,manual n waranty certificate.coz oni 3 months.so i decided to deal wif him. @RM230.

before that he offer me.. his AMD (winchester 3000+)...2 years old..same price..coz hav good OC ability than venice.(izzit?) ... no waranty oso...so i said stick to da deal,never change da deal

this is what i get..
1. Sri comp plastic bag
2. proc n
3. HSF date (2004) version maybe this is (his winchester HSF)..

so where's the hell da box?waranty?receipt?coz i dun wanna refer to him anymore..if anything happen i just go to da shop..not him..i dun wan ur 1 week personal waranty..i'm talking for 2 years n 9 month waranty from manufacturer..

so he promise to give em..ASAP...oso give him 1 week coz dunno where he put it.

hmmm.... my posts in garage sale (particularly memory and drives)
have been deleted. coz, i think mods cleaned the whole section, and all those old topics all got deleted.

anwyays, same thing here, it was RAM for my case. he agreed to buy my RAM, after agreeing to COD and all that, last minute he said he will only pay RMXXX, he said take it or leave it.

i told him we made a deal, and he said, too bad.

he always offers at a higher price, and after agreement, he'll bring down the price to RM100 (for 512 of RAM a few months back)

so yeah... i can understand what he did to u.....
i know where's his college. he's staying there... hostel or around there.

too bad!!! atleast, thanks to let us know.......

BTW, did he mentioned everything include box,receipt, cert, manual etc b4? If yes, claim it...if not, hmmmm cant help lorrr

no la.. he didn't bring down the price when COD, he brought down price the night before COD. all the trouble and effort, and he just blew it off like that.

and i got mad with him, coz it was his style of dealing, if u read all his previous offers. offer high high... then after that, he drops it low.

I dealt with him b4.I sold my mobo to him.MSI neo2 mobo.socket 939.He said he's from seremban if im not mistaken.But looks to me like a nice guy.but i do have problem with da deal.. last min he said he want to reduce da price.But i sms him back,i said to him,'we have agreed with rm180(i think),why must u lower da price at da last min?Plz have sum ethics when dealing"(Sumthing like dat).hehe

i am commenting as third person not siding whichever side but based on facts.

First, have someone PMed this fattywai regarding this thread? So that he could come here and explain himself.

Second, it seems this guy is very unethical. I also hate people who does last minute reduce price. What he does is even worst, forcing seller to accept lower price with "take it or leave it" remark.

Third, this is addressed to ryugan. Please be informed that your processor must have the original HSF that comes together. Since you said you got another old HSF, then you are screwed. Without the correct matching HSF (with correct date and batch), you cannot RMA your processor. That means you paid RM230 to buy an item without warranty from manufacturer.

Well since so many ppl have already traded with him and confirmed his attitude, could we suggest put him in blacklist seller/buyer?

But then again not much ppl read the blacklisted thread....
This is different with the conman stuffs and not until the extend of banning his account, coz its undoubtly a type of marketing strategy (xia liu).
Hmm how about making a special tag only mod/admin can put on ppl that behaves like that?

no point doing that because they could easily register another new account. What I would suggest is maybe only letting people with certain amount of post allowed to go into trading section. Like those with at least 3 month old account and posted 100 posting.

This way, they could register all they want but they need to wait 3 month and post 100 post in order to start their con cycle. More work and hassle for them.

If i'm not mistaken, i've seen a lot of "fattywai" post for asking stupid prices everywhere...
