Executive Condominium (EC) always have market coz can be sold 10 yrs later as private property, to PRs or foreigners who can't afford to wait 3yrs after PRship to buy subsales public housing.

In usual case think EC as studio/2 room unit. Meant for single/couple stay.

Though I didn't end up buying the property as don't really like the location & layout.

Still, do you see the scenario now. ?
